Lacy'S Teacakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. buttermilk
4 c. plain or all-purpose flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients except flour together. Measure out 4 cups flour and add gradually until the dough is the right consistency to roll. Do not make dough too dry. Roll the dough out thin and cut in desired shapes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top of each teacake.
