Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices toasted bread (lite)
    3 c. skim milk
    4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. sugar and 5 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1 small box raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Cut toast in small pieces.
    Stir toast, salt, cinnamon, liquid Butter Buds and raisins into egg mixture.
    Pour into a shallow 2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Set the baking dish into a larger shallow pan. Pour hot water into larger pan to depth of 1-inch.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm.
