Buttermilk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fat back
    4 Tbsp. fat back grease
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Fry fat back.
    Leave 4 tablespoons grease in skillet. Stir in cornmeal and flour. Brown.
    Add buttermilk and stir until it boils. Serve over cornbread or fried potatoes.
