Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 or 3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. hot chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat egg and add to milk.
    Mix with the dry ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls on top of meat or chicken stew.
    Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes without removing the cover.
