Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook eggplant until tender.
    Mash and add all ingredients, except cheese.
    Mix.
    Put into a 1-quart baking dish with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
