Sausage And Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    8 oz. Polish kielbasa, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, chopped onion and green pepper, blending well.
    Layer potatoes and sausage in 2-quart casserole.
    Pour soup mixture over each layer; sprinkle with cheese.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
