Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in peelings until not quite done.
    Peel and grate after cooling.
    Grate cheese and add to potatoes.
    Saute onions in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add sour cream and soup to onions.
    Mix together with potatoes and cheese.
    Put mixture in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Top with crushed cornflakes, mixed with melted butter. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
