Chicken And Pineapple Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cut up
    8 oz. broccoli florets
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 clove garlic
    1 red pepper
    6 scallions or onions
    8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Stir chicken in oil, then add broccoli.
    Add ginger, garlic, red pepper and scallions.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple and soy sauce.
    Mix 2 teaspoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Cook until sauce thickens.
