Celery Au Gratin(Serves 4 Or 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. cooked 1-inch celery pieces
    1/3 c. chopped peanuts
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Over low heat melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a small saucepan. Blend in flour, dill weed, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Stir in milk.
    Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add grated Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Fold cooked celery, chopped peanuts, pimiento and onions into sauce.
    Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
    Serve immediately.
