Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to the egg mixture.
Beat until smooth. Test mixture to see if it flows easily through funnel. Fry at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Eat warm.
