Ranch Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar (room temperature 1 hour)
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature 1 hour)
Preparation

Mix Hidden Valley Ranch mix and sour cream.
Add cream cheese. Beat well.
Add Cheddar cheese and blend.
Cover and freeze for 30 minutes or longer if needed.
Shape into cheese ball and roll in almonds or put in two containers without nuts and use as cracker spread.
