Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans drained shrimp or crab, chopped
    1/3 c. white wine (optional)
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Place cream cheese and soup in a glass bowl.
    Microwave at Medium for 5 to 6 minutes or until soup and cheese are smooth, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp or crab and remaining ingredients.
    Microwave at Medium for 4 additional minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
