Fillet Of Salmon Au Poivre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 lb. salmon fillets, skinned and cut into 4 pieces
    1/2 c. coarsely ground black peppercorns
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In a sealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and sugar.
    Add salmon; coat well and let marinate, sealed and chilled for at least 30 minutes.
    Remove salmon from bag (discard marinade) and press about 2 teaspoons pepper into each piece to coat.
