South Of The Border Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pimento cheese spread (original or light)
    1 Tbsp. salsa
    4 tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Combine pimento cheese spread and salsa. Spread about 1/4 cup of mixture into each of the tortillas. Roll up tortilla. Serve with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes, if desired.
