Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
1 qt. beets and juice
Preparation

Boil eggs and peel.
Pack hot into 1/2 gallon jar.
Boil sugar and vinegar.
Pour over eggs.
Add beets and juice.
Let stand overnight.
May add a few drops red food coloring.
Refrigerate.
