Adelaide'S Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    2 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    6 c. flour (or enough to make a soft dough)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine remaining ingredients with yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Let dough rise until double in size.
    Punch down and turn out onto floured surface.
    Knead a little.
    Make small balls, flatten top and place on buttered pan. Let rise some and then take fingers and press in center to make hole for filling.
    Let rise and bake at 450\u00b0 until brown, about 10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter.
