Corn Bread Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. corn meal (yellow or white)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs, milk and oil.
Beat just until moistened.
Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
\"I've used an iron skillet; it works good, too.\"
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 9 to 10 servings.
