Montgomery Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 c. molasses
    2 eggs
    1 pt. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    approximately 2 to 2 1/4 c. flour (enough to make stiff batter)
Preparation
    Line 2 pie pans with pastry.
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in medium mixing bowl; beat well.
    Pour into pie pans.
    Mix the sugar, 2 eggs, butter, baking powder and flour in a separate bowl. Spoon over lemon mixture in pie pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in cake mixture.
