Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 head lettuce, broken into pieces
    6 medium tomatoes, diced
    4 c. cucumbers, diced
    1 small size bag Fritos
    1 lb. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation
    Fry ground beef and onion; drain off fat.
    Add chili, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
    Mix lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers; then mix Fritos and cheese.
    Serve with chunky salsa or Ranch dressing.
