Cheese Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Birds Eye chopped broccoli, frozen
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack with peppers cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler; once cheese is melted, add the broccoli and soup.
    Mix well; serve in crock-pot with chips (corn or Tostitos chips).
