Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers, crushed
    8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
    Place in cupcake liners for crust.
    Press down.
    Beat cream cheese, eggs and 3/4 cup sugar until creamy.
    Pour on top of crusts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool a little bit.
    Beat sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Spread some on each cream cheese cupcake.
    Bake an additional 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Chill.
    Top with canned cherries or blueberry pie filling.
