Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream or 1 can canned milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Brown chuck and onion.
    Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients in order given.
    Stir thoroughly and simmer.
    Cover for 15 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
