Cool Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, diced (Tyson)
    1 c. celery
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, orange sections, pineapple and walnuts in large bowl.
    Blend oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Add to chicken and fruit.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Add mayonnaise; toss gently and serve.
