Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    2 lb. medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 medium cucumber, chunked
    1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 slices white bread, trimmed and crumbled
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    croutons
Preparation
    Combine garlic, tomatoes, cuke, green pepper, bread and vinegar in blender until smooth.
    Strain mixture through sieve; toss solids out.
    Add tomato juice, water, oil, salt and pepper to liquid.
    Chill well.
    Garnish with croutons.
