Spicy Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    head of cabbage
    hot sauce
    1/2 can of beer
    tsp. of each spice (basil and oregano)
    bacon
    grease off of bacon
    onions, chopped
    green pepper
    minced garlic (Tbsp.), enough for taste
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage; cut up pepper and onion.
    Put everything in stock pot or a large pot.
    Add spices.
    Put half water and 1/2 can of beer.
    Add bacon and grease last.
    Add minced garlic in with spices.
    Cook slow until tender enough for your taste.
