Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, eggs and butter.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in chips, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
