Meatless Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (11 oz.) can vacuum-packed kernel corn
Preparation
    Heat oil in a 2 to 3-quart saucepan.
    Add onion and pepper and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until onion is translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes to blend flavors. Makes 8 cups or 4 servings.
    Contains only 5 g. fat per serving as listed.
