Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Unmold and slice.
