Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch with a little water to make gravy
Preparation
    Brown round steak and simmer until the meat is tender; add onions, green peppers, salt, pepper and soy sauce with the sugar and then thicken with cornstarch mixture.
    Serves 4.
