Almond Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
paprika
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients in bowl until well blended.
Add chopped eggs and chicken.
Toss lightly until combined.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
When ready to serve, fill lettuce cup and sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 4.
