Popover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Beat ingredients to make a smooth batter.
    Add melted butter and continue beating for 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased custard cups or muffin pans. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 minutes.
