Night Before Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8-10 potatoes, peeled
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Boil and drain potatoes. Whip hot potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Add salt and pepper. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover with foil and refrigerate, Potatoes can be frozen at this point and thawed before baking. Bake, covered with foil, at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
