Chicken Salad Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped cooked chicken (about 2 breasts)
    1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. minced dried onion
    3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    pinch of dried thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. minced celery (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until blended.
    Spread 1/4 of mixture on slice of bread or spoon into pita pocket along with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
    Makes enough filling for 4 sandwiches.
    Contains 100 calories each.
