Crustless Coconut And Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs (jumbo size)
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. almond flavoring or 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    3 Tbsp. soft oleo
    3 c. 1/2% milk
    2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Spray 2 (8 7/8-inch or 9 x 2-inch) foil pans with \"Pam\" cooking spray.
    Put eggs, butter and milk in large mixer bowl and beat well.
    Mix sugar, flour and baking powder together and add to egg mixture.
    Add the flavoring and mix well.
    Take out beaters and add coconut and pecans.
