Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells
    layer of grated cheese
    layer of sausage, fried and crumbled (1 lb. is enough for 2 pies)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Pour over layers of sausage and cheese. Add a little extra milk, if needed, to cover sausage.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until egg is set.
