Hazelnut Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped toasted hazelnuts
    oil
    maple syrup
Preparation
    Soak oats in buttermilk in large bowl.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in eggs.
    Mix in flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; stir in chopped hazelnuts.
    Heat griddle with slight film of vegetable oil until hot.
    Ladle small amount of batter, cooking until top of cake breaks bubbles; flip and cook other side until golden.
    Serve with melted butter and hot maple syrup, fruit or yogurt.
