Cabbage With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large apple
    3 Tbsp. red wine
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Slice apple.
    Shred cabbage.
    Place apples and cabbage in pan with vinegars, wine and bay leaf.
    Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
    When done, remove bay leaf.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
