Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick oleo

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Mix coconut and chopped pecans and sprinkle in bottom of pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed and spread over coconut and pecans. Mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese and oleo. Drop by spoonfuls on batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
