Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can tamales, cut in thirds
    1 (4 or 5 oz.) can Vienna sausages, cut in thirds
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine hominy, tamales, sausage and soup mix.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. If desired, garnish top with additional tamales. Sprinkle cheese atop.
    Return to oven to melt cheese and heat tamale garnish.
    Serves 6.
