Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in
    large
    bowl.
    Add
    eggs and oil and stir until moist
    (do not beat).
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Bake
    in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
