Poor Man'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 c. shortening
3/4 c. coffee
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaf cakes.
