Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (may substitute 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix together all wet ingredients except zucchini and carrots. Add dry ingredients.
Add zucchini and carrots.
Add nuts.
Put in a 9 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
Cooking time:
325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
