Tammy Murray'S Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 stick butter
    1 can tomato sauce (16 oz.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Tony's seasoning
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    2 lb. crawfish or shrimp
    3/4 c. parsley
    3/4 c. green onion tops
Preparation
    Saute veggies in butter.
    When clear, add tomato sauce.
    Cook until condensed to a paste, about 20 to 30 minutes, then add crawfish, soup, green onion and parsley.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add Tony's to taste.
