Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 small onion, cut into wedges
    1 small bamboo shoot, cut in wedges
    2 slices pineapple, quartered
    1 carrot, diced
    3 mushrooms, diced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    sweet and sour sauce
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Deep fry pork until brown 10 minutes.
    Saute onion, bamboo shoot, pineapple, carrot, mushroom and pepper.
    Cook sauce ingredients over low heat until thick.
    Add pork and sauce to vegetables; serve hot with rice.
