Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder seasoning
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown together ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
