1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Preparation

Mix together flour, butter and nuts until crumb-like.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake until golden brown (at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes).
Cool.
