Pop Up Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 small minced garlic clove
1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown beef in Dutch oven and drain off excess.
Add the next 8 ingredients and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle on the Mozzarella cheese, covering evenly.
Mix the milk, oil and eggs.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour over hot meat mixture and cheese. Cover completely. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the batter. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 until puffed and golden brown.
