Snappy Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut up
2 garlic cloves
1/2 medium onion, cut up
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
stale beer or milk to moisten
Preparation

Put garlic, onion and cheese through grinder.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Stir in enough beer or milk to make spreading consistency.
