Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch.
Slowly stir in vinegar.
Add lemon juice, water, raisins and butter or melted ham fat.
Stir over low heat until thickened.
Serve hot with baked ham.
