Creamy Yogurt Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced (4 c.)
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Stir together first 5 ingredients. Add potatoes and onions. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill 4 hours. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes about 4 cups.
